Now for something really different…

Hello My Rennie friends….

Yes I have been away from here, but I hope to remedy that in the following year.

As you may or may not know, in addition to Ren Faires and Pirate Faires I am also an active skater with the Ventura County Derby Darlins (vcderbydarlins.com). We will be starting our 2010 season very soon, January 4, training starts….so if anyone out there in the Ventura County area is interested in joining please check out: vcderbydarlins.com/join.html While we are a female only team we are always looking for refs and volunteers…that’s where you boys come in! Also, we will always welcome guest coaches as well. So if you skate and want the power to yell at and make some girls sweat check out that link! The Derby World Family is not too unlike the Ren Faire family. We all watch each other’s backs and help each other out….and who doesn’t want more situations like that!

Oh and....we all know about after hours ren faire parties.....let me tell you Roller Derby After Parties are not too far behind ren faire after parties!
